Refund policy

We want you to love any product that you buy from us and in case you are not completely satisfied with them, please drop us a mail at houseofzavi@gmail.com and we will get back to you.

We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible. Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase. Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Terms of Return and Exchange:

1. The Product is only eligible for return if:

  • There is a manufacturing defect, 
  • Damage during transit, 
  • Wrong product delivered. 

2.Please make sure to return or exchange the product within 5 days of receiving the delivery. Post that the product is no longer eligible for a return or an exchange.

3. In case of exchange, if you select an item with a higher value compared to the item
you're exchanging, we will ask you to pay the price difference. In case the value is
lower, we will credit you with the difference back on its original source.

4. The amount will be credited in form of store credit valid for 6
months.

5. Please make sure while returning or exchanging the product, the product is :

  • Unused or damaged.
  • Has its original tag on.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Correct return address on the packaging.
  • Correct name of the buyer and order number on the package.

6. Once we receive the product, the product is sent through a quality check and thereafter eligible for a refund or an exchange. This process normally takes 1-3 business days.

7. Exchange is only valid on a manufacturing defect or size issue.

8. Any order can be exchanged only once.

9. All Items are eligible for return and exchange except following :

  • Sale or Discounted Products
  • Mystery Products
  • Gift Cards
